Our family have had the assistance of Graceful Care over the past 18 months. Our association began with Rose’s company when they started caring for our 92 year old dad, who was having serious health issues and spent a significant period of time in hospital.

It was a great relief to call on Rose and her dedicated team to provide additional support for dad while in Auckland Hospital. He was quite agitated at times and not that easy to manage – particularly overnight. As the family couldn’t be with him 24 hours a day we wanted to ensure that aside from the nursing staff there was someone there to help reassure him and keep him settled overnight. Graceful Care were outstanding during a difficult time for the family providing quality care with compassion. The continuity of care was exceptional  and the handover of new staff coming in to help was extremely good up until the time Dad passed away.

We are now using Graceful Care to help care for our mother who lives independently in a retirement village. We know she is in very safe hands. We are impressed with the way Rose is always able to get assistance often with short notice and accommodate our changing needs.

We highly recommend Graceful Care to anyone who needs their services. Rose has employed an excellent group of people who are committed to what they do. We are grateful for the fabulous care and service they provide.
