After a chat in your home, Rose will work with you to customise an effective care plan that suits your needs. Whether you need 2 hours a day or 24 hours a day, 1 day per week or 7 days per week, Graceful Care offer tailored care packages with flexible terms.

Our lovely team of caregivers are dedicated in providing the best support to ensure that your independence and dignity are maintained in the comfort of a familiar environment. 

Transport & Running Errands

We can provide transport to medical and specialist appointments,  pampering sessions,  supermarket or accompany you on a shopping trip. We will collect you from your home and transport you safely to and from your destination. 

Meal Preparation & Cooking

We know time is precious and that eating well is a must in maintaining positive health. We can support you by taking the stress away and help you in maintaining a balanced diet. We can assist with meal planning, shopping lists, in-store or online shopping, unpacking groceries and preparing meals. 

Companionship 

Should you or your loved one need a little company, someone to pop in for a chat and a few laughs or accompany you for a stroll in the sunshine, our friendly staff would love to build that affinity with you. 

Household Chores

We can support you by taking care of general household chores including washing, making beds, vacuuming, dusting, dishes and general cleaning and tidying.

Personal Care 

Our highly experienced team can assist with grooming, showering, dental and general hygiene. It's amazing how even the smallest things like combing hair and putting on moisturiser can make a person feel special. 

After meeting with Rose, she will hand-pick a couple of care assistants who will be dedicated to support you.
